VIOLET TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 On April 17, 2024 at 7:00 p.m., the Board of Trustees of Violet Township, Fairfield County, Ohio will hold a public hearing to consider an amendment to the contract establishing and governing the Violet Township - City of Canal Winchester Joint Economic Development District pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 715.72(L) to add certain property to the district.  The public hearing will be held at 10190 Blacklick Eastern Road, Pickerington, OH 43147.  The public hearing shall allow for public comment and recommendations on the amendment.

 The following documents are on file for public inspection: (1) a copy of the amendment; and (2) a description of the areas to be added to the district, including a map in sufficient detail to denote the specific boundaries of the areas.  These documents may be reviewed in the offices of the Board of Trustees of Violet Township, 10190 Blacklick Eastern Road, Pickerington, OH 43147.

These documents may be reviewed Mondays through Fridays, excluding legal holidays, during the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. at the Violet Township Administrative Offices located at 10190 Blacklick Eastern Road, Pickerington, Ohio.
