VAR-26-2 application for variance
The Violet Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 19, 2026 at the Violet Township Administrative Offices located at 10190 Blacklick Eastern Road, Pickerington to consider the following:
Case VAR-26-2: An application for variance filed by Kristopher Gisi for property located at 10109 Alliston Drive, Pickerington, owned by Kristopher and Katia Gisi. This application requests a variance from the provisions of Violet Township Zoning Resolution Section 3A2-04 to allow construction of a front porch addition to be placed closer to the front property line than permitted as well as to allow the existing home to remain where constructed, closer to the front property line than permitted.
This application is available for examination from Friday, March 6, 2026 through Thursday, March 19, 2026, inclusive, Mondays through Fridays, excluding legal holidays, during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Violet Township Administrative Offices, 10190 Blacklick-Eastern Road, Pickerington, Ohio 43147.
