NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Violet Township Board of Trustees will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at the Violet Township Administrative Offices located at 10190 Blacklick Eastern Road, Pickerington, Ohio 43147 to consider the following:
Case Number ZC-25-3: an application filed by Rockford Homes, 999 Polaris Parkway, Suite 200, Columbus for property consisting of 137.5± acres on the east side of Toll Gate Road, north of Refugee Road. This application requests to modify the Development Text for Sycamore Grove Planned District in order to require garages to be at least two feet behind the front porch of the home or, when no porch is present, to require garages to be even with the front plane of the home or recessed behind the front plane of the home.
This application is available for review from Thursday, April 17, 2025, through Wednesday, April 30, 2025 during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Violet Township Administrative Offices, 10190 Blacklick-Eastern Road, Pickerington, Ohio 43147.
The person responsible for giving notice of this public hearing by publication is Kelly Sarko, Violet Township Zoning Inspector.
