Notice of Public Hearing
The Violet Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 20, 2020 by means of teleconference/video conference to consider the following:
Case Number 16-VA-2020: an application for variance filed by the Goddard School for property located at 12916 Stonecreek Dr., Pickerington owned by Wagy Investments, 14461 Havens Corners Rd, Pataskala. This application requests a variance from Violet Township Zoning Resolution Section 3AA4-05(A)(5(b) to allow the placement of a modular classroom unit in front of the principal building and closer to the front property line than permitted.
Case Number 17-VA-2020: an application for variance filed by Stephen P Lazar for property located at 6125 Reynoldsburg-Baltimore Road, owned by LS & Crystal. This application requests a variance from the provisions of Violet Township Zoning Resolution Section 3AA4-05(A)(5)(b) to allow the construction of a detached accessory building in front of the home.
These applications are available for examination by appointment from Friday, August 7 through Thursday, August 20, 2020, inclusive, Mondays through Fridays, excluding legal holidays, during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Violet Township Administrative Offices, 10190 Blacklick-Eastern Road, Pickerington, Ohio 43147.
