The Fairfield County Engineer's Office will be resurfacing Refugee Road between Woodstock out to Milnor Road (3 Lane section) starting Tuesday July 20, 2021.

The Shelly Company is the contractor.  There are roadway LED message boards up to warn the traveling public to expect delays.  The current schedule has the paving work being completed the following Monday on July 26 with work at the north side of the intersection of Milnor Road.  Pavement marking will follow up in the following days, but delays for that should be minimal.
