The Violet Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Special Meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 26, 2022 at the Violet Township Administrative Offices located at 10190 Blacklick Eastern Road, Pickerington to consider the following:
Case Number 11-VA-2022: an application for variance filed by Thomas Dailey for property located at 7740 Stemen Road, Pickerington, owned by Thomas and Kelly Dailey. This application requests a variance from the provisions of Section 3AA4-05(A)(2) of the Violet Township Zoning Resolution to allow the construction of a detached accessory building which, in combination with two or more accessory buildings, exceeds the permitted floor area for accessory buildings on a lot greater than one acre in area.
Case Number 12-VA-2022: an application for variance filed by Dave Tedford for property located at 9230 Blacklick Eastern Road, Pickerington, owned by David and Angela Tedford. This application requests a variance from the provisions of Violet Township Zoning Resolution Section 3Y2-01 to allow a swimming pool to be installed partially at the side of the home.
Case Number 13-VA-2022: an application for variance filed by Kellis Ensman for property located at 10838 Grant Lane, Pickerington owned by Eric Ensman. This application seeks a variance from the provisions of Violet Township Zoning Resolution Section 3B2-02 to allow the existing single-family home on the property to remain on the property while a new home is being constructed on the property.
These applications are available for examination Friday, May 13, 2022 through Thursday, May 26, 2022, inclusive, Mondays through Fridays, excluding legal holidays, during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Violet Township Administrative Offices, 10190 Blacklick-Eastern Road, Pickerington, Ohio 43147.
