The Canal Winchester-Violet Township CEDA (Cooperative Economic Development Agreement) Land Use Committee will meet on Wednesday, May 18, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at the Canal Winchester Municipal Building located at 45 E. Waterloo Street, Canal Winchester to review the following:
- City of Canal Winchester, #FDP-22-001. Final Development Plan review and request for approval for Meijer Outparcel Lot 7, Taco Bell Restaurant with drive-thru.
- Violet Township, Case 02-ZC-2022, review of application for rezoning filed by Roebling Development Company, LLC, c/o Adam Hemmer, 226 Grandview Drive, Fort Mitchell, Kentucky, 41017 for property known as Fairfield County Auditor Tax Parcel Number 0370211710 (also identified as 0 Basil-Western Road, Canal Winchester, Ohio 43110) and consisting of 59± acres on the north side of Basil Western Road east of its intersection with Hill Road, owned by L & D Family Farms LLC, P.O. Box 2550, Lancaster, Ohio 43130 (the “Property”). This application proposes to amend the Violet Township Zoning Resolution by amending the Violet Township Zoning Map to rezone the Property from the R-2, Single Family Residential District to the Planned Business and Industrial District (PBID) to allow light industrial, distribution, and e-commerce uses.
- Violet Township, Development Plan review and approval for an 70’ x 150’ addition to the existing American Barbell facility located at 9099 Basil Western Road, Canal Winchester.
