The Violet Township Board of Trustees will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, August 22, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. at the Violet Township Administrative Offices, located at 10190 Blacklick Eastern Road, Pickerington to consider the following:

Case Number 02-ZC-2022: an application for rezoning filed by Roebling Development Company, LLC, c/o Adam Hemmer, 226 Grandview Drive, Fort Mitchell, Kentucky, 41017 for property known as Fairfield County Auditor Tax Parcel Number 0370211710 (also identified as 0 Basil-Western Road, Canal Winchester, Ohio 43110) and consisting of 59± acres on the north side of Basil Western Road east of its intersection with Hill Road, owned by L & D Family Farms LLC, P.O. Box 2550, Lancaster, Ohio 43130 (the “Property”).  This application proposes to amend the Violet Township Zoning Resolution by amending the Violet Township Zoning Map to rezone the Property from the R-2, Single Family Residential District to the Planned Business and Industrial District (PBID) to allow light industrial, distribution, and e-commerce uses.

This application is available for examination from August 9, 2022 to August 22, 2022 inclusive, Mondays through Fridays, during the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. at the Violet Township Administrative Offices, 10190 Blacklick Eastern Road, Pickerington. The person responsible for giving notice of this public hearing by publication is Kelly Sarko, Violet Township Zoning Inspector.
